What We Do
The HCA Association is a statutory consultee for all planning applications within the two Conservation Areas of The Kings Gap and Meols Drive.
Our aim, through objective assessment against national and local plans is to ensure that building design, size, aspect and materials are sympathetic and appropriate to the heritage and distinctive features of the local area.
