Recently (March 2025), in a very welcome step forward, the Council has adopted a new set of specific documents which govern what is required of new applications for planning within the Meols Drive newly defined area. They represent clear descriptions, guidance and planning requirements with, in the gazetteer, assessments of the contributions of dwellings by group as well as by specific address. All parties can be much better informed, guided and prepared for planning applications as a result.
