Kings Gap Conservation Area

Recently (Dec 2024), the Council has adopted a new set of documents which govern what is required of new applications for planning within the newly extended area at Kings Gap. They represent clear descriptions, guidance and assessments of the area including a Management Plan. In the gazetteer, dwellings are assessed by group as well as by each address. all parties are much better informed and prepared for planning in this area.
